    Sex abuse could involve more kids

    ERIE — Police on Friday said that three more children are thought to be involved in a string of juvenile sexual assaults in the Sunwest neighborhood, bringing the total number of suspects or victims to 12.

    Erie Police Chief Stephen Hasler declined to say whether police thought the three were suspects or victims. He said those determinations would be left up to the Boulder County District Attorney's office. [ FULL STORY ]

    Hit-and-run driver won't go to prison

    A 22-year-old woman who admitted fleeing the scene after her car hit and killed a University of Colorado senior will spend the next four years in a halfway house or work release program — not prison.

    The 54th annual Conference on World Affairs wrapped up Friday night with the final panel, "Interruptus IV: Mulholland Drive," hosted by film critic Roger Ebert.
